Following the success of last year’s event the 2025 Hinckley Challenger is growing to include a parity Women’s 3K draw running alongside the Men’s 3K.

The 21st to 25th of May will see a truly international field of 24 Men and 24 Women from the PSA Challenger Tour coming to our club to compete for honours, ranking points and prize money. We'll also be including our local favourites with wildcard slots too!

We’re really looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible there so please save the dates and keep an eye out in future communications for draw details, sponsor profiles, details on a work party to get the club ship shape, local wildcard announcements, and food and drink deals.

It's too late to enter, but come along and support the HSRC members taking part in this annual county-wide racketball tournament, happening tomorrow, Saturday 8th March. Last year saw some top-drawer 'big ball' being played, and we hope for more this time out.

The club bar will be open when proceedings start from 9.30am, serving beverages and food items throughout the day.

International Women’s Day isn’t just a date in the calendar that comes and goes every year. It’s a chance to reflect on the progress made to accelerate action towards equality for women and girls in sport.

For our part, the committee at HSRC will continue to fund FREE ladies-only sessions for women who are members and non-members on Mondays from 6.40pm to 8.00pm, ran by coach Paris Masters. We have also now relaxed the rules so that girls 16 and over can also join in with the sessions!

Now's the perfect time to introduce your friends to these fun, friendly sessions.

Those of you who have been at our club for a few years will know what's coming, but those not in the know but who are interested in a bit of stress-free match squash in a relaxed format will want to keep the following evenings free:
