With an emphasis of fun, family-friendly fitness, Summer 2019 sees the continuation of a range of popular sessions and events for members and non-members to enjoy. It's easy to get involved too! Ladies-only Squash Sessions
Mondays 7.30-8.10pm and Fridays 10.00-10.40am.
£25 for a 8-week block of sessions, or £5 per session pay as you go.
Includes a FREE 3 month membership if a minimum of 6 of the 10 sessions in the block are attended.
All ladies are welcome to attend, from completely beginners, to those wanting to get back into squash, to regular club players wanting to learn new skills. All equipment is provided. Just bring along your sports clothes and a pair of clean, non-marking trainers.

Squash Sessions for Beginners
Thursdays from 6.15pm to 7.00pm.
£20 for a six-week block of sessions, or £5 per session pay as you go.
These sessions are ideal for anyone new to squash or has not played for a while and wants to get back into it. All equipment is provided. All you need to bring are sports clothes and clean, non-marking trainers.
